Job summary

San Francisco-Marin Food Bank is seeking a skilled HR Analyst (Payroll) to join our People, Culture & Equity team. You will manage semi-monthly payroll, maintain HRIS data, and support employee lifecycle activities with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate across functions, provide responsive service to staff and vendors, and support payroll audits and reporting while upholding our nonprofit values and commitment to end hunger in the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll/HR operations experience.
• Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS preferred.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Maintain accurate HRIS and employee data with routine audits.
• Support employee lifecycle activities and HR service delivery.
• Generate workforce reports and analytics as needed.
