Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Five years of payroll, HRIS, benefits administration, or related HR operations experience; financial institution experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of payroll processing, wage/hour requirements, employment taxes, deductions, and reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of HRIS/payroll systems; Paylocity experience strongly preferred.
