• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred in HR/Business/Accounting/Finance.
• 5 years of payroll, HRIS, benefits administration, or related HR operations experience; financial institution experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of payroll processing, wage and hour requirements, taxes, and payroll reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Paylocity and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Advanced Excel and strong Word/Outlook skills; ability to handle confidential information.
