Job summary

CornerStone Staffing is seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Specialist to join our Fort Worth team. This role focuses on accurate, timely payroll processing and HR support for 450+ employees, leveraging ADP and related systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on end-to-end payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information across payroll and benefits. Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of payroll and/or Human Resources experience required
• Hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience required
• ADP experience preferred
• Payroll reporting and benefits administration experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent years of HR, payroll processing, or accounting experience

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for 450+ employees.
• Enter and review timekeeping, earnings, deductions, payroll taxes, garnishments, incentive payments, and employee changes.
• Prepare payroll files and reports for regular, supplemental, final, quarter-end, and year-end payroll processing.
• Reconcile payroll and benefit invoices, identify variances, obtain approvals, and submit payment documentation.
• Assist with new-hire and termination benefit processing, including enrollments and communications.
• Assist with FMLA administration by tracking leave hours and balances.
