Job summary

Exo Group, LLC is seeking a Payroll & HR Specialist to assist with multi-state payroll processing using Insperity and to support HR initiatives across the organization. The role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, 3-5 years of HR experience with payroll, and proficiency with HRIS software. Familiarity with UKG and Insperity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
• Proficiency with payroll processing systems and HRIS software; UKG and Insperity experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely multi-state weekly payroll using Insperity.
• Manage payroll records and resolve complex payroll issues, including garnishments, deductions, and tax filings.
• Monitor HR data in HRIS for accuracy and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain HR policies and procedures in collaboration with leadership.
