Key Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely payroll for employees in a construction environment.
• Maintain, verify, and update employee payroll information in internal systems.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies while maintaining confidential employee information.
• Support HR administration, including onboarding documentation, employee record updates, and personnel file maintenance.
• Ensure employee changes related to compensation, position, status, and other updates are properly entered and documented.
• Partner with internal teams to maintain data accuracy and resolve payroll or employee information issues.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $50,000 to $80,000 per year.
• Employment Type: Permanent opportunity, direct hire or temp-to-hire.
• Location: Johnstown, CO, right off Highway 34.
