Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Payroll experience required.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll software systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related needs.
• Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and HR records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment regulations.
• Review licenses, certifications, and TB/Hepatitis B records to keep credentials current.
• Manage onboarding and staffing processes.
• Process semi-monthly payroll and timekeeping records.
• Support benefits administration and unemployment claims.
• Coordinate payroll changes and record updates.
