The candidate will maintain confidential personnel files, ensure payroll accuracy, and collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs while supporting benefits programs and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years’ payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of local, state and federal payroll guidelines.
• Proficiency with Excel and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates payroll information and reporting; handles daily payroll and HR tasks with urgency and discretion.
• Processes semi-monthly payroll for 50–1,100+ internal employees.
• Ensures payroll accuracy and confidentiality across records and audits.
