Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with at least twelve (12) semester hours of accounting in a business program.
• Bachelor’s degree plus two (2) years of excess relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with Public Administration, Management Accounting, and Research Statistics coursework.

• Leads payroll staff, redesigns branch workflows, and creates training materials and procedures.
• Assists in developing and delivering payroll training materials and post‑go‑live support protocols.
• Coordinates payroll components in planning, testing, and end‑to‑end migration to the new HCM system.
• Collaborates on requirements and RFP documentation for automated payroll solutions.
• Audits current data and performs corrections to ensure clean data migration.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
