Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, operational analysis, and metrics preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in payroll and timeclock systems, specifically ADP.
• Excellent PC skills: databases, spreadsheets, accounting software/systems, and presentations.
• Superior organizational and attention to detail skills; able to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Audit employee time and setup in the timekeeping system.
• Develop payroll audit reports and communicate weekly to GMs.
• Analyze weekly payroll and create payroll pivot reports for weekly financial reporting.
• Review AP invoices and support weekly AP reporting.
• Prepare weekly financials and dashboard reports for multiple locations.
