Job summary

Windigo is seeking a payroll and finance professional to support payroll and timekeeping across multiple locations, including corporate operations. You will ensure accurate hours, wages, and deductions per union contracts, and assist with weekly financials and accounts payable.

The role requires 2–3 years in accounting, payroll, and related systems, with strong Excel and ADP experience. Collaboration with Operations, Finance, and HR is essential."

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and metrics.
• 2-3 years of experience in payroll and timeclock systems, specifically ADP.
• Excellent PC skills: databases, spreadsheets, accounting software, and presentations.
• Superior organizational and attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Review, audit, and manage employees' time and setup in the timekeeping system.
• Audit PTO/vacation balances and quarterly liabilities; audit sick time balances.
• Update and maintain employees' profiles; develop payroll audit reports.
• Analyze weekly payroll preview reports and compare to timekeeping payroll reports; create weekly pivot reports for finance.
