Job summary

Wind River is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to join a fast-paced payroll operations team across regions (Costa Rica, U.S., Canada). You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional and international teams on process improvements and strategic payroll initiatives.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years of payroll experience, strong knowledge of U.S. and Canada payroll, and proficiency with ADP, Paychex, Ceridian or Oracle, plus advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience
• Experience with U.S. and Canada payroll
• Experience with ADP/Paychex/Ceridian/Oracle
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP)

Responsibilities

• Process multi-country payroll (US/Canada) using ADP and ERP systems
• Address payroll inquiries and discrepancies
• Maintain payroll documentation per policies and audit standards
• Support KPIs and SLAs for payroll performance
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with financial reporting
