Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of direct experience in payroll, accounting, or finance.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end close entries for vacation accrual and related adjustments.
• Process MEC entries for non-billable burdens, secondee billings, and interdivision charges.
• Reconcile TMS data to SAP GL and prepare Power BI monitoring reports.
• Support salary and timekeeping questions and provide ad hoc reports.
• Train BU staff on time-writing fundamentals and best practices.
• Maintain internal controls and assist with DOA changes and access reviews.
