Qualifications

• 1–3 years of payroll experience.
• 1–3 years of general accounting or accounts payable experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures.
• Working knowledge of GAAP preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain payroll records including garnishments and retirement contributions.
• Support payroll regulations and tax requirements.
• Assist with year-end W-2 and 1095 reporting.
• Prepare payroll reports and analytics for Finance leadership.
• Process vendor invoices and accounts payable tasks.
• Record daily bank transactions and journal entries.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Assist with audits and special accounting projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
