TAT Technologies’ Charlotte Group Office seeks a Staff Accountant to oversee payroll, equity compensation administration, and corporate financial reporting. The role supports financial controls and accurate reporting for the corporate entity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in corporate, manufacturing, or public accounting.
• 3+ years of Payroll Processing experience.
• Knowledge of stock administration, equity compensation plans, or employee stock.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with journal entries, month-end/year-end close, audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
• Administer equity compensation programs (stock options, RSUs).
• Maintain general ledger and month-end close for corporate operations.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls across payroll, equity, and reporting.
• Support audits and external reporting as needed.
