Central City Community Health Center is seeking a Payroll Accountant to manage full cycle payroll processing and related duties in Monterey Park, CA. The role reports to the Controller and requires coordination with HR on hires, terminations, and deductions.

Responsibilities include processing payroll with ADP Workforce Now and other systems, preparing labor distribution entries, and producing payroll reports. Three years payroll experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of payroll experience in a related setting required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.

Responsabilités

• Full cycle payroll processing.
• Transferring payroll data.
• Ensuring payroll taxes are properly reported by ADP.
• Develop and manage special payroll projects to improve processes.
• Process payroll in ADP Workforce Now, Enterprise E-time, and other applicable software.
• Coordinate with HR on new hires, terminations, deductions, and benefits.
• Prepare vouchers and encode transactions.
• Produce payroll and disbursement reports.
• Assist Controller with other duties.
