Briarwood Health Center by Harborview is seeking a Payroll Specialist to maintain payroll operations, ensure accuracy, and support benefits administration. The role requires detail orientation, discretion with confidential data, and proficiency with payroll systems such as Paycom or ADP.

You'll prepare earnings and tax reports, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with management to ensure timely payroll processing and regulatory compliance in a healthcare environment.

What You Will Do

• Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures
• Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages

What You Must Have

• Proven experience in payroll processing, or related field
• Proficiency in payroll systems and timekeeping platforms (experience with Paycom, ADP, or similar preferred)
• Working knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Experience with government or healthcare payroll is a plus
