Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.
• Experience with Kronos, PeopleSoft, Oracle and RAPID systems preferred.
• Strong time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Payroll oversight: review and sign off on weekly payroll for associates using Kronos and PeopleSoft, including PTO tracking.
• Vendor deductions: create and maintain schedules for vendor deductions related to fines and ensure collection.
• Warehouse debit processing: print, review, and process weekly Warehouse Debits.
• Contract-based deductions: generate deductions for expired Billback contracts and verify amounts before processing.
• Promotional support: assist with vendor deductions for sales promotions and new store openings.
