Job summary

Wakefern Food Corp. is seeking an HCM/Payroll Analyst to own Dayforce payroll and workforce management processes. You will ensure system reliability, data integrity, and payroll compliance while partnering with Payroll, HR, Technology, and Finance to deliver scalable HCM solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience with HCM/payroll systems, Dayforce expertise, and strong Excel and analytics skills. A hybrid schedule with in-person days is expected, along with ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Dayforce experience required
• Experience supporting payroll systems and payroll processing functions
• Experience with reporting tools and data analytics preferred
• Knowledge of HR, payroll, tax, wage and hour, and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage Dayforce payroll, time management, scheduling, and workforce management modules.
• Configure tests for new functionality, earnings/deductions codes, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, IT, Finance, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Support audits by gathering documentation and validating system records.
