Responsibilities include preparing input, reconciling benefits, and supporting audits, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of administrative, office, payroll support, or related experience.
• Experience with payroll data, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Experience with managed or outsourced payroll providers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and prepare payroll input for each pay cycle.
• Review payroll data for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Identify errors and discrepancies; elevate issues to managers or HR.
• Reconcile benefit invoices with enrollment systems for accurate deductions.
• Submit payroll files to the provider within deadlines.
• Report on payroll data and support audits and information requests.
• Maintain payroll workbooks, trackers, and supporting documentation.
