Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, information management systems, or related field is required.
• Five or more years of experience working in an HCM system using reporting tools.
• Experience with programming languages, MS Office suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint), HTML, SQL, Visio; project/leadership skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily technical activities of the payroll unit within ERSC.
• Analyze and implement technical solutions to payroll, time and labor, and absence management processes to drive automation.
• Develop training materials, test scripts, and functional documentation for end users; manage software enhancements and upgrades.
