Responsibilities include auditing payroll data, calculating deductions, and ensuring compliance with FLSA and Prisma Health guidelines in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is on site at the Prisma Health facility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred for payroll knowledge.
• Experience in payroll processing and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of payroll policies and tax laws recommended.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide variety of payroll processing activities and record keeping to ensure timely and accurate bi-weekly payroll.
• Provides guidance and education to managers, timekeepers and employees in payroll matters.
• Audits and balances pay requests and ensures compliance with FLSA and company guidelines.
• Educates timekeepers on Time and Attendance system usage and security access.
