Job summary

Compass Group USA in Lenexa, KS is seeking a full-time Payroll Coordinator to ensure accurate payroll processing and data entry. This role works in a temperature-controlled environment with responsibilities including collecting payroll reports, processing cycles (biweekly, semi-monthly, monthly), and auditing payroll for discrepancies.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of payroll and administrative experience; bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Job description

• We are hiring immediately for a full time PAYROLL COORDINATOR position.
• Location: Fresh & Ready FG KS - 9759 Commerce Parkway, Lenexa, KS 66219. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous 1 year of payroll and administrative experience required. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is highly preferred.
