• Payroll processing knowledge preferred.
• Excel fluency.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Office Manager with processing timecards and payroll.
• Produce reports for managers to ensure punches and payroll are audited and accurate.
• Maintain accurate payroll and timekeeping data, primarily in Excel.
• Make recommendations for process improvements when opportunities arise.
• Provide documentation, testing, and training support to help implement process changes across the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Fresh & Ready Food Group is seeking a bilingual Payroll Specialist to join our team as a critical member of our administrative group. You'll play an essential role in ensuring our team of 300+ is paid accurately and on time, every time.

This is a full-time, on-site role best suited for a diligent, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional who brings a true hospitality mentality to everything they do — because taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our guests.

What You'll Do
