Fresh & Ready Food Group is hiring a Payroll Associate in Renton, WA for a full-time role with an early morning start. The position requires prior administrative and HR experience, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

  • Manages all office supplies
  • Assist with Temp Timecards submission
  • Assist with New Hire Orientation

Job Summary

Summary: Processes data entry and performs clerical tasks to ensure payroll is accurately processed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Exhibits fast and accurate data entry skills.
• Collects payroll reports from the MyStaff system for processing.
• Processes payroll on a biweekly, semi-monthly and monthly basis.
• Audits payroll to track discrepancies.
• Stays current on all training and laws regarding payroll issues.
• Follows up on changes with payroll; assume responsibility for projects assigned by Payroll Manager.
• Archives information for storage.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
