Job summary

Green Oaks Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely payroll for all employees. You will manage payroll tax compliance, coordinate with the finance team, and maintain data integrity across ADP Enterprise and PeopleSoft.

The role requires proven payroll processing experience, knowledge of US federal/state payroll tax regulations, and strong attention to detail with the discretion to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll tax regulations (US).
• Proficiency with payroll systems (ADP Enterprise) and PeopleSoft payroll.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify payroll data using ADP Enterprise and PeopleSoft to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage payroll tax filings and compliance for federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with Corporate office to process new hire paperwork, changes, terminations, and pay increases.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies by collaborating with employees, Corporate, and finance teams.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
