The role requires an Associate's degree and 2 years of related experience, with a background check and RAP Back enrollment.

Responsibilities include coordinating payroll, auditing timecards, processing mileage, distributing checks, and supporting HR as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or related field plus 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll functions for the division.
• Perform automated timecard payroll functions and verify biweekly payroll accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR Coordinator and Finance to resolve issues.
• Audit timesheets and track hours.
• Prepare, process, and reconcile employee mileage.
• Distribute paper checks.
• Process final payroll for separated employees.
• Provide data for internal and external reporting.
• Serve as backup for HR Coordinator when needed.
