• Reviewing and verifying timekeeping records for accuracy.
• Familiarity with payroll software a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Enter payroll data into company systems and verify amounts before payroll is processed.
• Update employee banking and direct deposit information as needed.
• Maintaining accurate electronic and paper payroll records.
• Process updates related to pay rates, employee status changes, and other payroll adjustments.
• Respond to employee payroll questions and concerns.
