Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our on-site payroll team.

Responsibilities include processing weekly and bi-weekly payrolls, ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with HRIS, and mentoring teammates. A high school diploma is required; college degree preferred, with experience in UKG/Kronos timekeeping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years related experience.
• Experience with payroll processing and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with UKG/Kronos Timekeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing in compliance with government regulations as a Payroll Specialist
• Manage and oversee the processing of multiple weekly and bi-weekly payrolls, ensuring full compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements and contractual obligations
• Guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing while strictly adhering to all relevant federal and state regulations
• Conduct thorough analysis of payroll issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and accuracy as a Payroll Specialist via MyTime
• Collaborate effectively with HRIS to maintain system integrity and ensure compliance during payroll setup and updates
• Provide comprehensive training and mentorship to team members, facilitating local training sessions as needed to enhance team skills and knowledge
• Oversee and manage salary adjustments, deductions, bonuses, and payroll accounting, including the processing of final checks for both voluntary and involuntary employee separations
• Other duties as assigned

Job description

This role requires candidates to be on-site 5 days a week (M-F) at our Rosemont Office.

Position Responsibilities
