Prime Controls is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate pay for employees across multiple states. The role maintains records, reviews timekeeping, handles inquiries, and assists with compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of payroll taxes, deductions, and benefit impacts.
