The Project Administrator supports active projects by managing administrative processes that keep work organized, documented, and moving forward. This role partners closely with Project Managers, field teams, accounting, and internal departments to ensure project documentation, reporting, and internal coordination are handled accurately and on time.
This is a project-focused administrative role, not a front-desk position. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
