Purpose of the role

The Payroll Coordinator ensures that the tasks required to run payroll for nurses is processed on time and to the service levels agreed, with a focus on customer service and accuracy. The role holder will work closely with teams across the organization.

• Gather information on hours worked and accurately process within the required business and payroll systems.
• Recording and maintaining employees’ records and payroll transactions.
• Maintain departmental deadlines and procedures.
• Respond/Resolve payroll questions in a timely manner.
• Updating payroll information for promotions, transfers, terminations, and new hires.
