The Supervisor of Payroll Operations oversees the daily activities of the payroll department, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. They also establish controls to ensure payroll compliance and supervise the assigned payroll staff. In addition, the Supervisor of Payroll Operations is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline payroll operations.
Bachelor’s degree in related field required. A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
5 years progressive experience in a related field required.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.
