Job summary

Quirch Foods, a leading food distribution company in Florida, is seeking an experienced Payroll Processor to manage weekly payroll and ensure accuracy across multi-state employees. You will handle Workday Payroll, data audits, and compliance with wage laws.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with Workday, and the ability to collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to keep employees paid accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Workday Payroll experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Review payroll data for accuracy (hours, earnings, deductions, bonuses, commissions).
• Validate payroll changes (new hires, promotions, terminations, pay adjustments).
• Process off-cycle payrolls as needed.
• Utilize Workday Payroll and Workday HCM to process payroll transactions.
• Audit employee data in Workday for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies within Workday.
• Maintain payroll-related workflows and processes.
• Support Workday testing during system updates.
