Job summary

Heartland Restaurant Group, a franchisee of Dunkin’, seeks a Compliance Manager to oversee biweekly payroll for a multi-location workforce and ensure readiness with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. You will partner with HR, Operations, and Accounting to maintain data integrity, process PAFs, garnishments, and benefits while safeguarding confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of payroll processing experience, preferably supporting a large workforce.
• Experience with multi-state payroll compliance and tax reporting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wage-and-hour laws (FLSA) and related regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll with accuracy for a multi-location workforce.
• Manage PAFs, garnishments, 401(k) deferrals, and other withholdings.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and maintain confidentiality of employee data.
