Independence Home Health LLC is seeking a Payroll & Compliance Assistant to support payroll processing and compliance auditing. You will review documentation, maintain accurate records, and protect confidential information in a healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong time-management skills, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while adhering to agency policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years in a healthcare setting.
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain required healthcare credentials (MA/HHA/CNA).
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; basic computer skills expected.
• Excellent attention to detail and recordkeeping accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Provide payroll support and auditing assistance.
• Review documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulations.
• Handle confidential payroll, employee, patient, and agency information.
• Assist with training and onboarding as needed.
