• Experience with ADP payroll, Oracle timekeeping and SAP Accounting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll processing, timekeeping, and accounting in a timely, accurate manner.
• Analyze and review payroll files prior to submission.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and serve as liaison with associates, HR, vendors.
• Manage payroll-related document distribution and reporting to Tax/Stock Admin.
• Open and manage tickets with IT or vendor portals; ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure SOX compliance and participate in payroll audits and UATs.
• Prepare month-end close journals and account reconciliations for payroll transactions.
• Handle statutory filings and payments within deadlines.
