Responsibilities

• Process payroll for North American locations accurately and on schedule.
• Audit payroll data and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll processing.
• Coordinate payroll activities with Finance, HR, and external providers.
• Prepare payroll reports for leadership and regulators.
• Administer timekeeping, leave, and benefits reconciliations.
• Support payroll audits and improve controls and efficiency.
