Clyde Companies is seeking a Payroll Clerk to support our payroll operations in Utah. The role focuses on accurate data entry into payroll systems and timely processing of employee payments.

You will review manual entries, help implement process improvements, and contribute to weekly payroll reports including garnishments and certified payroll. You will also assist with 401K and payroll tax compliance, aligning with union contracts and regulations.

• Ability to address, prioritize and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Enter information into payroll systems accurately and on time.
• Review and import manual entry data.
• Contribute to process improvements within the payroll team.
• Complete weekly reporting such as garnishments and certified payroll.
• Help maintain compliance with the 401K plan, payroll tax laws, union contracts and other applicable regulations.
