Job summary

Radix Construction Inc. is seeking a Payroll Clerk in Columbus, OH to support weekly, biweekly, or monthly payroll processing and related accounting tasks. You will handle confidential employee information and assist with payroll reports and recordkeeping.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of payroll or accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of payroll, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately on schedule (weekly/biweekly/monthly).
• Review hours, deductions, reimbursements, and other payroll data.
• Enter and maintain payroll data in company systems and spreadsheets.
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain records.
• Assist with payments: print checks and mail documents.
• Maintain confidential payroll and financial records.
• Coordinate with HR, accounting, and management on payroll questions.
• Support other accounting and admin duties as assigned.
