Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with payroll processing and tax withholding preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in wage calculations.

Responsibilities

• Compiles payroll data such as hours worked, bonuses, and deductions from time sheets.
• Updates master payroll records for changes in exemptions, benefits, and salaries.
• Prepares and issues paychecks and payroll reports.
• Maintains records for leave, vacation, and sick days.
• Coordinates with office manager on insurance payments.
