The company seeks a Payroll Clerk to collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Accounting to meet payroll deadlines and ensure accurate data entry and filing. The ideal candidate will be familiar with payroll software, comfortable with time entry processes, and capable of handling PTO, holidays, and retro pay.

• Must demonstrate professional communication in reaching out to employees and managers for needed documents.

Responsibilities

• Upload time daily, throughout the day.
• Run Labor distribution reports & payroll register to look for errors weekly.
• Walk employees through time app and PTO app when issues occur or are new.
• Review PTO requests weekly for correctness, balances, and deadlines.
• Upload PTO into CE and Holiday Pay.
• Collect Time approvals and fix Time in CE.
• Enter Pay Adjustments and Retro Pay when needed.
• Submit VOEs and run department reports.
• Distribute check stubs and assist with audits.
