Job summary

CFS in Wisconsin (Menomonee Falls) is seeking a payroll specialist to join a family-owned organization with nearly 60 years of history, supporting payroll across multiple dealership locations.

You will process biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff, calculate commissions, reconcile payroll expenses, and resolve discrepancies using Paycom and CDK. The role features a hybrid schedule (three days in the office, two at home) and a comprehensive benefits package including employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for assigned dealership locations, supporting hourly and salaried employees across exempt and nonexempt classifications.
• Calculate employee commissions and store-specific commission bonuses.
• Reconcile payroll expenses, accounting schedules, accounts payable and receivable, and accrued sales commissions.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies using Paycom and CDK.
