Job summary

Esi Electrical Contractors, Inc. is seeking a payroll coordinator to coordinate, administer and reconcile payroll processes in accordance with federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities include processing weekly payroll, entering new hires and terminations into UKG and accounting ERP, and assisting employees with payroll questions to ensure timely and accurate data while maintaining compliance. Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Process weekly payroll and ensure timely and accurate data is maintained.
• Assist employees with questions about payroll and other payroll-related issues.
• Ensure payroll issues are escalated and resolved promptly.
• Enter new hire and termination information into UKG and accounting ERP.
• Assist in preparing control documents for reconciling payroll transactions.
• Check and verify payroll import information.
• Assist with daily/weekly payroll changes.
• Perform other special projects and additional duties as assigned.
