Responsibilities

• Accurately process trips for driver payroll, meeting weekly and monthly deadlines.
• Ensure delivered loads bill the correct party for the correct amount, including ensuring proper accessorial charges are billed.
• Solving relatively complex problems related to compensation.
• Develop understanding of union and non-union payroll policies to research and answer questions from drivers/hourly employees regarding payroll matters.
• Work with managers to ensure proper documentation for worked and earned compensation is processed.

Billing & Settlement Clerk, Trucking Position Summary: In this dynamic, customer service driven environment the Billing & Settlement Clerk will interact with a diverse workforce including drivers, colleagues and managers. The Billing & Settlement clerk is responsible for ensuring proper billing of freight to customers and correct settlement for driver payroll.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately process trips for driver payroll, meeting weekly and monthly deadlines

Job Requirements
