Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a Payroll & Billing Manager to oversee daily payroll and billing operations for a major client.

You will verify timesheets, input hours and reconcile data to ensure accurate payments and invoices, while maintaining master schedules and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. The role requires strong problem‑solving, empathy in pay discussions, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment; on-site at our Atlanta

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–4 years payroll and billing experience.
• Understanding of security operations and workforce scheduling.
• Strong experience with payroll and/or billing for a large, complex account.
• Able to perform accurately in a high‑stress, fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Experience with timekeeping and payroll/billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Process daily payroll input and reconciliation for a large client account.
• Maintain master schedule reflecting staffing and client requirements.
• Verify timesheets and correct discrepancies before payroll processing.
• Prepare and review billing data ensuring billed hours match contract and approved timesheets.
• Resolve pay discrepancies with employees with tact and empathy.
• Collaborate with Branch/Account Manager, HR and Finance to align payroll, billing and budgeted labor.
• Monitor reports on labor, overtime and billing and suggest improvements.
