ProService Hawaii is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to serve as the frontline contact for worksite employees across Hawaii. You will handle payroll, benefits, PTO, and HR policy inquiries with accuracy and empathy, across in-person, phone, email, and case channels.

This role requires high-volume call center experience, exceptional communication, and thorough case documentation in Salesforce. Hybrid schedule applies, with Hawaii-based offices supporting multiple islands.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in a call center, shared services, or high-volume customer service environment.
• Ability to stay accurate under pressure with high-volume inquiries and tight turnaround times.
• Clear written and spoken communication, able to simplify complex benefits or payroll questions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for worksite employee inquiries in person, on the phone, email, and case channels.
• Process high-volume Level-1 transactions (address changes, direct deposit updates, PTO balances, benefits inquiries) with precision.
• Maintain detailed, timely case documentation in Salesforce for team transparency.
• Escalate complex issues with full context and own resolution through to completion.
• Guide employees toward self-service tools during routine interactions.
