CFS in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to oversee end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for about 300 employees, manage benefits enrollments, and maintain HRIS data integrity. This on-site role partners with the CHRO and leadership to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience.

The position offers a competitive salary of $70,000 to $75,000 with standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for ~300 employees, including commissions and bonuses.
• Administer comprehensive benefits programs and enrollments.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate workforce reports.
• Lead compliance activities and audit preparation (ACA, 401(k), EEO-1, unemployment, workers’ comp).
• Serve as a primary resource for payroll/benefits inquiries from employees and managers.
• Support annual open enrollment and benefits communications.
