Job summary

Port City Bakery, DBA AK Pizza Crust, in Green Bay, WI, seeks a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to manage biweekly payroll and benefits for all employees. You will ensure data accuracy in UKG, coordinate open enrollment, and educate staff on health, dental, vision, disability, life, and 401(k) options.

Reporting to the Payroll and Benefits Supervisor, you’ll maintain confidentiality, handle garnishments, and collaborate with vendors.

• Regular, predictable attendance and ability to perform duties as described.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for all employees.
• Audit benefit enrollment, eligibility, deductions for accuracy.
• Maintain employee data in UKG payroll system.
• Coordinate open enrollment meetings and deadlines.
• Educate employees on health, dental, vision, disability and 401(k) options.
• Reconcile payroll deductions with vendor statements.
• Assist employees filing for disability leaves.
• Collaborate with vendors and broker on benefit questions.
• Complete employer responses for government health insurance questionnaires.
• Travel to cover benefit enrollment for all locations as needed.
