The role involves processing payroll accurately and timely, maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting benefits administration. Ideal candidates have a degree in HR or Business, a minimum of 2 years' payroll processing experience, and strong analytical skills. This position offers a base salary range of $66,000 to $90,000, alongside comprehensive benefits including health coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-state environment.
• Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws and payroll reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll including wages, bonuses, and deductions.
• Review and validate payroll data for accuracy.
• Audit payroll records including hours worked and PTO usage.
• Reconcile payroll data with Finance and resolve discrepancies.
• Support year-end payroll activities including W-2 preparation.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations.
